Sisters will share their favorite dough recipes, from breads/rolls to pastas. Tasting samples will be provided as well as a nursery. Come hungry and ready to enjoy a fantastic evening!! See you then!

Fast Sunday Aug 2

Bishop Bennett has asked that this coming fast Sunday we hold a special fast for those members in our ward that are struggling with unemployment. Please remember them in your thoughts and prayers as you exercise your faith during this fast Sunday.

Oquirrh Mountain Temple Dedication

The Oquirrh Mountain temple dedication will be held on

Sunday, Aug. 23rd

9 am and 3 pm

• There will be NO block meetings that day
• Recommends available from the bishopric

Draper Temple Closed

Just a quick note to remind you that the Draper temple will be closed on July 27 until August 10 for cleaning and maintenance. There will no longer be 6 am sessions. The first session will be 7 am

Important Canning Info

Regular family canning will begin again in January 2010 starting with the new chili formulation. The cannery is looking for a few volunteers to help in the office and production floor during the pea and corn harvest. (These products are for the Bishops' Storehouses only.)The family canning dry-pack will be closed on June 13th for the pea and corn harvest.
